Return Request Timeline
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order. Please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product and its packaging.
Please do not return any product until our team has reviewed and approved your request.
Return Eligibility and Conditions
Returned products must be unused, unmodified, and untampered with. They must be returned in their original packaging, along with all labels, accessories, and other items supplied with the product.
Return Process, Replacement, and Refunds
For approved return requests, Hardware Dukaan will arrange a pickup or provide instructions on how to return the product.
Once the returned product has been inspected, we will provide a replacement, subject to stock availability, or process a refund to the original payment method, as applicable.
Non-Returnable Products and Consumer Rights
